Michael Carpino – Concierge Provider

Dr. Michael Carpino is a board-certified Physician Associate with over 30 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, surgery, and regenerative medicine. For the past several years he has focused on concierge medical care, providing personalized and integrative treatment plans designed to optimize health, performance, and longevity.

Dr. Carpino earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida and Trevecca University and completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska. He has pursued extensive doctoral-level education, earning advanced degrees including a Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) from Butler University, a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) from IBSS, a Ph.D. in Advanced Science Applications from Kennedy University, and a Doctor Physician Associate (DPA) from Touro University Worldwide, where his doctoral thesis focused on stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine.

Throughout his career, Dr. Carpino has developed a broad clinical background that includes sports medicine, orthopedic medicine, emergency medicine, endocrinology, and office-based surgical procedures. He is highly experienced in advanced diagnostic and procedural technologies including ultrasound-guided procedures, digital X-ray, and fluoroscopic guidance for intra-articular regenerative therapies such as PRP, PRF, and stem cell injections.

For more than 14 years, Dr. Carpino has specialized in integrative and regenerative medicine, including hormone replacement therapy (TRT), peptide therapy, platelet-rich plasma treatments, and biologic regenerative therapies. He has performed hundreds of advanced musculoskeletal procedures aimed at restoring joint function, improving mobility, and enhancing overall patient quality of life.

Dr. Carpino is also deeply committed to medical education and mentorship. He has completed thousands of hours of advanced medical training and regularly mentors and precepts future healthcare professionals, including MD, DO, NP, and Physician Assistant students during clinical rotations.

In addition to his civilian medical career, Dr. Carpino has served extensively in public safety and military medicine. He spent nine years as a reserve deputy sheriff and served as a SWAT team medical provider. He currently serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserve Medical Service Corps and recently completed a combat deployment supporting operations in Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, and Jordan. He currently serves as Commander of the 327th Medical Logistics Company in Providence, Rhode Island, after previously serving with the 2-228th Aviation Battalion Headquarters Company at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst as a flight surgeon candidate.

Dr. Carpino combines decades of clinical expertise, advanced training in regenerative medicine, and a personalized concierge approach to help patients achieve optimal health, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Major Michael Carpino

Military Leadership & Clinical Experience

Major Michael Carpino is from Palm City, Florida, and currently resides in Jensen Beach, Florida. He commissioned in the U.S. Army Reserve in 2011 and was granted an age waiver in 2013 to serve as a Physician Associate. Major Carpino spent the majority of his TPU time with the 7217th Medical Support Unit out of Perrine, Florida. Since January 2026, he has served as Commander of the 327th Medical Logistics Unit in Rhode Island.

Major Carpino brings more than 30 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, orthopedics, and emergency medicine. While assigned to the 7217th MSU, he was mobilized to Landstuhl, Germany, where he worked in the Internal Medicine Department. He also provided medical care at Fort Gordon/Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Stewart/Winn Army Community Hospital, Joint Base San Antonio/Brooke Army Medical Center, and Fort Knox TMC, where he was responsible for medical oversight of approximately 6,000 summer cadets.

Major Carpino has served in support of Operation Spartan Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve. During deployment, he served in multiple countries at eight different bases, including Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Jordan, and Israel. He was also attached to the 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade, providing medical support for humanitarian missions in and around Jordan and Israel, as well as support for Jordan’s annual live-fire exercise, Operation Eager Lion. While stationed at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, he provided advanced orthopedic care, ultrasound-guided injections, and diagnostic support to elements of the 101st Airborne Division.

Erin Whitley - Licensed Esthetician

As the founder and former owner of one of Georgia’s pioneering laser tattoo removal and aesthetic businesses, Erin helped countless clients remove unwanted reminders of their past, restore healthy skin, stimulate hair growth and regain confidence in their appearance. Her experience spans advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, corrective skincare, microneedling, collagen stimulation, and non-invasive aesthetic solutions.
